Set up a petition
Petitions containing many names can prove a useful tool to convey strength of
feeling about an issue to a planning authority.
It is relatively simple to get people to add their names to a paper petition
either by door knocking or making it available at a central location.
Creating an online petition is for the more IT skilled person. There are plenty
about these days and a petition can be linked to a website giving background
information.
Remember presentation and accuracy is important and that it can be of media
interest.
