Troubleshooting
Access problems
If you have problems accessing
‘Leaf-through’ the new online version, it could be
because you don’t have the relevant software loaded onto your
computer. The software you need is ‘Adobe FlashPlayer 9’ which
is free and safe to download.
To get it, just click on the link below:
http://www.adobe.com/products/flashplayer/
Then, you should be able to just click ‘download now’ and follow
the instructions.
If you still have problems downloading the software, it might be
because of the settings on your computer.
If you are at work, your internal procedures may prevent
you downloading software directly. Contact your IT department
who may be able to help you.
If at home, it may be related to your firewall or
security settings. Contact the help desk of your provider if you
have one.
If none of this works, you can still view the
standard PDF version (3.1MB), provided you have Adobe
Acrobat on your computer (which most people hopefully should
have!)
