Community Woodland Association
The Community Woodlands Association was established in 2003 as the
direct representative of Scotland's community woodland groups. Our
aim is to help community woodlands across the country achieve their
aspirations and potential, by supporting, representing and promoting
community woodlands.

Re-foresting Scotland
Reforesting Scotland is a networking organisation of those active in
the ecological and social regeneration of Scotland. This website is
a source of information about the work of Reforesting Scotland, its
projects and publications. It also acts as a general information
resource on topics relating to woodland restoration in Scotland.

Forestry Commission Scotland
Forestry Commission Scotland came into being on 1 April 2003 as a
result of the
Forestry Devolution Review and serves as the forestry department
of the Scottish Executive, advising on and implementing forestry
policy and managing the national forest estate. Our mission is to
protect and expand Scotland's forests and woodlands and increase
their value to society and the environment.

native woodlands in Scotland. We do not own land, but help others to
manage their woodlands.
